We meet at Wilfred House on Mondays at 10.00 throughout the year (no meetings on Bank Holidays or 22nd & 29th December), and new members are always welcome. We perform a range of stretches, resistance and tai chi all of which help us to stay supple and help with our balance and muscle tone. This is not aerobic but exercise that anybody can do.
If you feel that your mobility, balance and activeness is declining then this exercise will help you.
Bring your resistance bands (if you have one) and a bottle of water. Wear loose clothing and flat comfortable footwear that gives you grip.
