This group is non-gender specific . It is for anyone who likes a good sing-song and enjoys sea shanties. No particular level of expertise is required ... just a love of the sea! We would also welcome a fiddler and accordion - or squeeze box - player, to give it that authentic feel!
The group has 20 members but we need some instrumentalists to augment our current instrumental line up. So, if you can play the violin or banjo, why don't you came and join us.
You are most welcome just to turn up and hear what we do: but if you want to know more about our group, then drop Rob Hawkins an email by clicking on the link above.
All new singers are most welcome, especially male voices! It is an opportunity to enjoy a good singalong and excellent company. Our objective is to put a smile on your face, as you leave the session!
We meet @ Wilfred House, 2.00pm - 3.00pm, weekly.
If you are interested, contact Rob Hawkins by clicking on the link above to send an email, or talk to him at Open House between 10am and 11.30am every Wednesday.
